Lots of options for policies. Good pricing. Usually pretty responsive. The reason why I switched agents, and the only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review, is because of one conversation I had with my agent at RJ Bailey, Cory. There was a discrepancy between what my policy was showing and what was being verbally told to me. When I tried to communicate with Cory what I was reading online was different from what he was telling me, he told me I was wrong and incorrect. (I was talking to him on speaker phone while reading out loud) The tone he took with me was not how any client should be spoken to, so I switched agents. Cory apologized for how he spoke to me, but I believe my review is still fair and honest.
