Horrible service they are really rude

If it was up to me 1 Star is to much! My wife's Cadillac was hit at 88th and Washington at the Walgreens. The young man was insured by Fred loya we took pictures filed their police report. Fred loya will not pay we have to pay out of our own pocket. Thanks again Fred loya.

Horrible service. My wife and I were trying to insure our son out of New Mexico. We spoke to an agent in New Mexico and she was super helpful. She just needed us to go into a local Fred Loya Insurance and sign some papers. We went to the Thornton location and the two women there were super rude and would not help at all. Ultimately we went with progressive because they were more than willing to help with our unique situation. And thanks to those two rude Fred Loya Insurance agents we ended up saving over $425. Save yourself some hassle and money and avoid this company.

One of there customers hit my car and they estimated under $40. Now tell me who is going to charge you less than 40 to fix a dent sand it prime it and paint it They do not want to pay. It’s a shame a dirty shame.

Horrible customer service, unwilling to work with their customers. I wouldn’t suggest signing up here.
