Fred Loya Insurance

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Chantal in group 33 is completely rude and unhelpful. Terrible communication, that ended up costing me money. Highly recommend everyone steer clear of this terrible insurance company. I have also tried to reach upper management to get things resolved… it’s no wonder it’s terrible because I have yet to hear back from them… very sad, don’t waste your money on people who will likely not help you.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I was in an accident with one of their insured drivers. I had to chase them around to get contact with anybody. They never tried to call and make contact with us to resolve the claim when I finally got a hold of their adjuster almost a month after the fact they are denying liability even though their driver clearly backed into my vehicle. The adjuster was rude and unprofessional I would not recommend ensuring your vehicle through this scam company.

I will never come back to Fred Loya. I was disrespected by the representative that was supposedly helping me as a person with special needs, who actually needs help with certain things and explanations, it hurts to say that a company I heard so many great things about took advantage of me after I canceled my plan due to a problem with the car that I was buying I had to cancel it for the time being the representative who helps me to cancel my plan said a $50 fee out of my deposit which is understandable, and I asked her multiple times if this is so and there’s no hidden fees she said yes there were no hidden fees and I’m only getting $50 taken out nothing more nothing less, but when I got the check last Friday it was $11, so when I called this morning to ask why my check was so low, they s

I seen that no dl required so I helped bring others in. You find it is located between biglots and cricket. There are two lovely ladies in the office who are ready to help with your insurance needs. Yes you can get an SR22 here and so far it is cheaper then any place around. Yes you can come in and peraonally pay for it and yes they take check, cash or charge. And yes they are hiring bilingual agents so check them out.

I can win to pay my insurance and they were closed at 1030am I came back at 1 they were closed for lunch until 230pm a sign on the door said. What is going on here ? This is absolutely craziness !
