So RUDE! Not professional! Especially the manager! No greetings! Not a word to anyone, including one another! Waited 23 min in silence before acknowledgement! Then "yes what do u need". Snagged my DL out of my hand! Asked whats your problem! Mot our fault about your bad day/life! Canceled policy for GOOD! NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS DESPERATE FOR SR22! BLAH

So no receiving cash. Oh man I have to go to the bank and pay my insurance hehehehe.

The Sales lady Named Vanessa was Fantastic She was very patient and understanding and not pushy!! She also made sure all of my questions were answered. This place was $70 cheaper than every other insurance Place that gave me a Quote. I tried all the cheap insurance places online and googled cheap insurance.com and National Insurance isn't on any of those sites so u need to call the office yourself and get a quote over the phone.

This place is a joke very unprofessional and rude. They ask for pictures of all 5 vehicles even though that had them on file previously. They have also withdrawn out of my account twice in the same month with in days. I would never recommend you come here. They are low end ran down insurace provider's. There rates have gone up at least twice in the past year. I dread coming to pay my insurance its always in some way difficult.
