1 of 5 stars I made an appointment through your Claims office for a 1 PM appointment at the Humble TX office. This is a 30 minute drive in traffic from my home. When I arrived, no one was there and a sign on the door shows they are closed from 1-2 PM for lunch. Very poor service...

Hello, I have been with Fred Loya for over 15 years and I can say that their service is horrible and so unprofessional. Over the years I have been with them their service has quickly degraded not only do they NOT respond to phone calls or emails, they prefer to take money instead of helping their customers. I can say with confidence that I am deeply disappointed in their service. If you are looking for insurance just for appearance and price on high end then this is the place to go. But if you need one that responds quickly, professional and in a timely manner then look elsewhere because this place is not it, not only will they let you deal with the complete brunt of the situation despite what coverage you have they will wipe their hands clean of the situation and make you pay extra for th
