Fred Loya Insurance

Worst insurance for Auto. Almost a year since my son was involved in an accident. They drag there m their feet on everything. I'm still waiting on my $2,000 plus more check for deductible I paid and I still haven't been reimbursed! Horrible! That's why I canceled my policy and went with a more reputable company and meanwhile still waiting on them and hearing nothing but excuses 🙃

I could be told that other insurance companies have better rates. But I am my family will never change from Fred Loya. They are very professional. An help my family as best as they can. An explain everything as needed.

Every. Month. U have to go pick insurance. I’d. They keep saying. Systom is down. It’s been down for the pass 3 years.
