Fred Loya Insurance

Sitting in front of the location waiting for them to open & an employee pulled up in her grey jerp but could not get inside so she left. If you all are suppose to be open at 9 then you should be open otherwise change your hours on the door to reflect that you are closed on Saturdays. Sign says you are open from 9-2 on Saturdays

Good service, I've gotten month to month and 6 month policies here. I like to go to Fred Loya because unlike other places they don't over charge you on the first payment. I've been to other places where they try to charge me up to $160 just for the first payment.

When I went to ask why my insurance was frozen the girl who attended me was very rude about everything. I would ask questions and she would roll her eyes and look at me not answering. She gave me papers to sign and didn’t even tell me what they were, so I didn’t sign because I didn’t know what I would be signing. After asking questions and not receiving any responses and receiving the same eye rolls I decided to grab my things and leave. I have been with Fred Loya for many years and these actions are just disappointing. I will now have to search for a new insurance company where I can be respected.

Purchased insurance here, the staff was super friendly. The manager Melanie went out of her way to give me the best rate. Highly recommend to everyone!
