Lately, the service at this location has declined. Staff display attitudes when asked simple questions, and they do not return phone calls. I had service with them for about 12 years. They offer great insurance, but I changed locations for better customer service.

Our experience with State Farm has been outstanding all while providing excellent coverage for our home and vehicles. The agent, Lynette, was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain all our options and making the whole process simple and transparent.
