Fred Loya Insurance

Wont consider.. They will cancel your insurance without understanding what you just said leaving you uninsured for a period of days before the new insurance kick in. Really unprofessional staff. You need to train your people on LISTENING.!

Pray you don't get hit by someone with this insurance company. I was rear ended by someone who has this insurance company, and despite it being 100% fault on the person who hit me, Fred Loya has decided that 100% of fault is on ME, the person who was REAR ENDED, because I moved back over a lane after passing before traffic came to a halt. This insurance company is nothing short of a scam, and you can feel that right away with the nasty green carpet, terrible parking situation, and decrepit office. It's clear this company spends as LITTLE money as possible on their consumers, and even less on the people they need to pay.

Not this office in particular but I called to file a claim that my car was hit by someone with this Fred Loya insurance and was told “an agent will call you back.” No calls until I followed up a month later. In the process of getting help now after some minor hiccups. Let’s see.

Ollie is the man. Dude helped me out and got me a great price on auto insurance. Great atmosphere all around and they made me feel very welcomed as soon as I,stepped into the office. Parking is cool. They are inside a little strip mall.

This insurance brag too much about how low cost they are, the truth is, you can get something way better.
