Herman and his team were the complete opposite. From the moment I called, his assistant Susan was on top of everything and made sure I actually got follow-ups instead of being left hanging. Herman walked me through my options and found a solution no one else could. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I can not say enough good things about my Farmers Agent , Herman Montero. He was incredibly helpful during a recent catastrophic event at a commercial building we own. He immediately sent a first rate Disaster Recovery company who immediately began the process of cleaning up, etc. He answers phone calls right away if he is not there and is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable .
