Fred Loya Insurance

They are the worst insurance company ever. Some clown knocked my back windshield out and they gave me the run around after I been with them a long time I even had a police report. They claimed they didn't help with vandalized vehicle. But the policy say they do. They wanted me to pay for it and they would pay a reduction. They then terminated my policy. Because they didn't want to help me. Do not get insurance from this company it's worthless.

My car valued at $ 12,500, was totaled by their client, we received $4300.00 dollars, and they wanted us to pay to get out of body shop. I hope you're never in an accident with someone who's insured with them, if you are, my advice is to bend over.

do not do business with them they are horrible I had an accident with a person I insured by then. I filed a claim and have tried for over a month to get the adjuster to do something and no luck. These people do not need to be in Business they keep giving me the run around

Ms. Brittney Wood is the most inept, uninformed(about her own job), lazy, rude, and misleading person I have ever had the non plesure of dealing with. I have been in contact with her main office in San Antonio, who said they will have it resolved in 24 hours we will see. Until then stay as far as you possibly can from the untruthful person and agency as you can. NOW SHE HAS HER EMPLOYEES WRITING FALSE REVIEWS ABOUT MY COMPANY!!!! THIS IS YOUR 1 WARNING TO CEASE AND DESIST YOUR FALSE AND SLANDERING REVIEWS. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO SEE WHAT RECOURSE I HAVE TOWARDS YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYERS

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! They are SOOOOO unprofessional! They are EXTREMELY misleading and incompetent. I was told that I couldn't cancel my policy and there was no reimbursements AND i'd have to pay a cancellation. An ENTIRE MONTH goes by and they tell me there is no cancellation fee and I was eligible for a reimbursement AFTER the time required had already passed. Steer FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
