I called on December 29th 2025 and I called again on January 27th 2026 but nobody answered my phone or bother calling me back. My policy is active but I keep receiving these emails that sorry to see you go or we can help you with reviewing your policy. But email address doesn't look legit so I just wanted to check what's going on. Hopefully one day they will answer my phone.
