Frank and team have been handling my insurance for years and I am very grateful for all the support. I reecently had some complex questions and Frank was more than happy to help me navigate the changes.

I used a different name Luvenia. I have been with this insurance since I brought and paid off my first car. This 5 years ago and still counting. Danielle is awesome. They always willing to help. They very understanding to my situation and give support. They alert me to my know If I'm to close to deadline. They help by tryingget me a good payment as a single mom. Thank you for everything 🙏

Called to get a quote on homeowners and auto insurance. Gave them all my information and was told that the agent was out for lunch and would return my call within 15-20 minutes. That was over a week ago and to this day, no one has called me back. If you can't get a quote, what must it be like if you have a claim. That day I was also soliciting other insurance company quotes and purchased borh policies from Liberty Mutual. If you are sold on State Farm, I would try another agent who might be more responsive and interested in earning your business. The reason I contacted this agency was that I receive requests in the mail from them monthly soliciting for my business. Well, a lot of wasted postage on their part because they didn't take advantage of the opportunity to earn my business.
