I had been with Fortner Insurance well over 10 years and always received excellent service, and they were always quick to communicate policy changes quickly... until recently. I encountered more than a few issues in the last couple of months, but like I expressed previously, I was always happy and chose to overlook this as just happenstance, since they were always friend and helpful. However, the last issue was my breaking point. My auto-pay was not set up, to which I was told by a Fortner staff member that it was the insurance companies error, but when I received my policy for the next 6 months, sure enough there was a late fee, and when I inquired about it, I was told our payment was late. When I was in need for a better insurance plan for my auto, I contacted Fortner Insurance through their website. An agent by the name of Mindy was quick to respond, and had everything sorted out exactly to perfection! I strongly recommend them for your peace of mind.

We have been with Fortner for at least 10 years. The insurance increases every year, so last year I talked to the agent about switching to another company. He advised he didn't think it would make any difference and sounded to me as if he just didn't want to go to the trouble to do that. This year I am calling and checking other agencies to see if I get a better response.

Our account was sold to Fortner by another agency. We had always been pleased with the former company ... but somewhat concerned about the sale. Met with the Fortner staff for a "long" hour.
