I would not recommend using Kent Ford to sign up for healthcare insurance. He talks over you, won't listen to your needs, and was very incompetent when handling my Medicare Supplement. I signed up through him on December 10, 2024 and my coverage was supposed to start January 1, 2025. He failed to submit my application correctly so now I have no supplemental coverage until I receive and fill out the proper paperwork from a competent Cigna representative. Kent Ford is the worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with.
If you're looking for low-cost insurance for your family or yourself, Kent and his team are the first call you should make. It was a MUCH better experience to go through him than to fight off the 1000 calls a day from the marketplace. Wish I'd called him first!
