Doug is the best. He is very good at explaining things so you can understand all the jargon. His communication is good as well. He is always quick to respond to my message. I like that he responds to email. I can’t always talk but I can email most of the time. He is so nice and friendly. He makes you feel like you have known him forever. I highly recommend Doug.
