I have been searching for home insurance for a month, looking for the best insurance company that stood behind what they insured. Fogner insurance company came highly rated as an agent located in Conway, which is why I chose this specific agent to work with. First off, Fogner insurance closes at 1 pm on Wednesday and at 5 pm the rest of the work week. Closed on weekends. Secondly, I never had the opportunity to speak with an agent. Upon entering, the secretary was going to fill out paperwork that I could easily fill out. Then, I was informed which insurance company they would insure me under. This specific suggested company has high premiums, poor claims processes in the event there is an issue, and billing problems. I cannot say enough good things about Fogner Insurance in Conway, SC. Their customer service is second to none. Shout out to Jennifer who was. very helpful with a recent problem with Progessive. Anthony Fogner took great care of us when we moved to the state and had to make a number of changes to our policies ( umbrella, auto and rental). Give them a try.

If you're looking for honest and full disclosure, this is definitely not your Agency. Are they friendly and responsive, yes. Are they honest and ethical, not exactly, at least Tammy isn't. I was sold a Wind & Hail policy with a 10% deductible and never once did Tammy mention or clarify to me that would equate to a "$10,400.00 deductible", all I was told was 10% deductible, with zero clarification of what that meant. There is no way that anyone (especially me) would NOT recall of having a $10,400.00 deductible on their policy. It is so nice to sit in front of an insurance agent and get print outs of your coverage. MRS FOGNER was so very knowledgeable of what we had in coverage and what she could offer us. Saved us hundreds of dollar$ and got more coverage. 5 stars for MRS FOGNER and 5 stars for the progressive insurance coverage we got. It pays to shop around...
