Fedora Cannon: Allstate Insurance

I delt with Lee in regard to a homeowners policy. We had a policy for 2 years then decided to sell the house to purchase a property with more land. In May I called Lee to describe the property and obtain a quote, which Lee verbally provided. We sold our home so I called Lee a week before the closing of our new property. Lee then stated the property was too old and he couldn't insure it through Allstate. He stated he would contact other underwriters and call me back. I waited a week then called him. He had obtained 2 quotes that were thousands of dollars more than he had quoted in May. He didn't care that his incompetence impacted my decision to purchase this property. This has a major impact to our monthly expenses and he was not concerned. They have lost my homeowners and auto forever. My

I like Allstate a lot, but I’m not happy with there drive wise app… I’m down to 13% on savings and I’m a safe defensive driver. They take your percentage down and I’ve never seen it go up. What are you supposed to do in close traffic when someone screeches their breaks ahead of you and you’re following at a safe distance? You apply your brakes and then your safe driving shoots down!!!!
