If I could give 0 stars, I would. Decisions are being made based on business interests with no transparency, affecting small providers and patients alike. Healthcare should prioritize patient care—not just profit.

God forbid you select this worthless dental plan! If you've seen The Rainmaker, you'll recognize this company as a perfect match for the one portrayed in the film. I'm honestly shocked that DoctorsHealthCare Plans has chosen them as their dental plan representatives!

I called the dental provider FDB, and they didn't help me as a patient of Healthsun to understand that I can go to my primary doctor to ask for a referral to go to an oral surgeon at a $0 co-payment specialist cost. They don't help the elderly to find out where you can go according to your insurance plan. Over the phone the FDB misguided me into thinking I had to go to an oral surgeon outside of the network, and I will absolutely have to pay 75% of all the costs. I was thinking as a last resort according to the FDB, I will have to go to the hospital, or just let my teeth rotten and, or fall out? Poor Management!

Florida Dental Benefits is the company use by Doctors HealthCare Plans a Medicare HMO. Unfortunately this insurance company, lacks the ability to provide a quality services for our Senior Citizens on Medicare. No dentist, Prosthodontics wants to take patients having this insurance! Why? Perhaps for two reasons one being the insurance coverage is not enough to cover for dentures and implants! Two, because the Dentists, Prosthodontics, in the area of Miami Dade county are so greedy that don't want to take Medicare patients, Senior Citizens!

I am surprised Doctors Healthcare Plans, Inc. continues to carry this "worthless provider" for its clients. They should stamp their envelopes to us Medicare customers with "DENIED" and save us time in opening the envelopes.
