Hello, I usually don’t make bad reviews, but since I’m so upset with Natasha at this insurance company, I feel compelled to doing it so other people wouldn’t have the same problem she entered the wrong VIN number on one of my cars it showed up on my app while I was sitting at her desk, she said don’t worry about it. It would update itself. It never did my Mercedes didn’t have insurance. I found out later a month later in that months time I called her four times she wouldn’t come to the phone she said that it was taken care of of the problem, which it was not leaving me in a very bad spot if you’re getting insurance check the cards make sure it’s the right vehicles on it.
