Worst customer service I ever received in my life. One of the members in a blue shirt was super rude to my mother all because she was asking him a simple question about her policy. If I could give this review a no star I would.

Absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever experienced. The phone operators barely speak English and you can't understand them. Also they gave me a lot of really bad info

Agent Andrea never answers calls or text , don't send requested list of in network doctors , called the main office number multible times and no answer there either , only voice mail , terrible customer service and coverage was not great , had to call customer service line to cancel them
