Florida Blue Center - Hialeah

The staff at the beginning was nice, however the social worker there was the nastiest person I’ve ever met in my life, treated me like I was stupid and was super rude to the point I had to take a deep breath and walk out . Definitely not coming back here and would not recommend anybody to do so.

The agent in Hialeah didn’t tell me until the very end of the meeting that SUITABLE PCPs not taking on new patients. Of the only two PCPs in area taking on new patients, they both have been sued more times than the government Lesson learned? FB happy to sign you up but then try all kinds of tactics to NOT let you disenroll, even during open season. Beware !!!

Very friendly staff. went in for a tour and I asked many questions and received all the info I needed and more.
