Kim Chandler is our agent at Flaherty. She has gone above and beyond to assist with our homeowners and vehicle insurance over and over again. Our family currently has 6 vehicles, and a property with in-law plus an in home business. She has helped navigate choosing the right policy, giving good student discounts, registering new vehicles and a home owners claim when we had water leakage from our ceiling. I cannot say enough about how prompt, responsive, kind and most especially, knowledgeable, Kim has been. 1000% recommend.

Kim Chandler is absolutely amazing. She is the most professional and resourceful employee that any company could hope for. I was going through a divorce, purchasing a new home and needing to rewrite my auto policy at the same time. Kim was able to expedite the process and take care of all details for me. We tend to forget about customer service in this "e-insurance" world. Don't fall for the "7-minute" or "15 percent" commercials! Kim saved me thousands over those companies! Everytime I go here I get met with very pleasant and helpful workers. I only go there when I have an issue, always from my own causing, and there able to help me instantly and take care of my problems. I recently went there 1 min past closing(not aware they were closed up) and a few workers walked out(with a haha look on there face referenced towards the 1 coworker locking up still inside) as i walked in and the 1 left in the place has helped me many times(and has the best attitude) and she still stayed on her own time to help me out(without a "I just wanna g.t.f.o.h" attitude)!!! Thankful and glad to have them on my side and represent me!!👍👍
