Very disappointed that Conway sold to Kaplansky. I had aquired Conway insurance the second I got my permit and was so happy to bundle them when I purchased my first home. This past year, after Kaplansky took over, we transferred our homeowners. Kaplansky sent out an insurance agent to take photos of our property sometime in August. After two months, they contacted us in October claiming our deck wasn't within code and if railings weren't installed they would cancel us (leaving us with two months to hire a contractor or complete the job). Two weeks later (while dealing with the loss of our son) they reached out again to ask about the progress of our railings. Apparently in two weeks we were supposed to have spoken to a licensed contractor and had a contract written up or have completed the

Always happy to have a local real life person to help guide me through insurance questions and concerns. Never have a bad thing to say about these agents. Add to the fact they have an in house RMV/DMV for license plates makes life a breeze?

They helped me navigate through my first rear-end collision in a courteous, professional manner.
