Fitzway Insurance Services: Allstate Insurance

Disappointed. Angry. Offended. I noticed significant increase of monthly payments and called to speak to an agent. Person who respond me was aggressive, didn't let me to finish single sentence, and after I asked why more than 20% increase occurs without any prior notice and without reason from my side (no claims from me, no tickets, no incidents) she cut me with "on your zip area it is too many claims, and if you not satisfied you can find other insurance" . That easy. I need to pay for someone else's claims? And interact with a rude and ignorant employee? I am looking for another insurance right now. Even if it will be same price, I prefer to deal with someone who know how to interact with peoples. And I strongly recommend to address this issue with an employees. If companies not interest

I was totally satisfied with the assistance given me after my car was rear-ended. The staff kept me up to date. With the Allstate App, the claims information was right at my fingertips. I am grateful that they were able to resolve the issue in a short period of time.

- very slow response; or even no response. - I can't see any reason why Allstate provides the agent working this way. - I'm looking for another insurance companies and estimated 3-4k saving per year (3 cars). - Not Sure why Allstate increased premium very unreasonably and suggest all customers to shop around.

No stars for Fitzway Insurance Agent Maureen Bardizbanian!!! Horrible service and most unhelpful. After using Allstate thru this Agency since 2013, they arbitrarily added my married daughter (who moved away to Canada in 2018) to my auto policy without my knowledge or approval in early January 2022. At the time, I was very ill with Covid-19 and was in no condition to act on the only notification sent by email. I feel cheated and let down by Ms. Bardizbanian for not reaching out by phone to confirm whether my daughter needed to be added to my policy. I have unnecessarily paid premiums for an 8 month period for no reason and Allstate will not refund this amount. Absolutely outrageous!!!!

While the premium is still fair, the approach to the customer is like scam, after my six months auto insurance with this company my premium went up with no reason and not even informing! I realized just 2 days before I decided to pay for the next 6 months! When I called my agent JOSE, he cheated me, phone after phone calls, he never called me back to explain why! I am considering to find another company.
