Ive dealt with customer service quite often. Today i needed to change my primary care doctor but i was not prepared. For myself my address and telephone didnt match and needed to be updated. For the Doctor i lost his card so i had no last name or the correct address. Lol i was a mess. The lady (Shanaya) helping me on the phone literally turned into an investigator and walked me thru everything without attitude and even gave me some advice. I hope she sees this bc i want you to know that i appreciate you girl 👍
