First Commercial Insurance

I have contacted this company three seperate times, one through their contact form on their website, and twice by phone. While the lady who answers the phone seems nice, she apologized for me not getting a call back. She wants to get me over to Tony but the first call he was not in the office, and the second call he was on the other line. I just wanted a quote for my business. When you cannot return a call to make a possible sale, this sends a very big red flag to me. I was really hopeful too from the good reviews on this company. I cannot recommend them.

I'm not sure how we found First Commercial Insurance, but glad that we did! Tony is very helpful and always available any time I have questions. We have been with First Commercial for over 10 years and Tony has always been our contact (I have them in our phone as Tony the Insurance Guy). They are always finding ways to give us the best coverage at a great price. I highly recommend them!

"Bestest" Insurance Team. I have been working with Tony and his wonderful team for 10-years. Like everyone else, I've been with other insurance companies...you know the BIG ONES. While the other firms I've used had local personal service, they also had to answer to a single, large firm and not many options. Tony looks for the best coverage and deal for whatever we need. Truly, he's the best I've seen and I've been buying insurance for about 40-years. Tony, keep up the good work, the good service and the good value.

Fast and Accurate service. I don't understand insurance jargon but Tina, Tony and Michelle really help me take care of my business insurance matters. They are really easy going and fast at getting you accurate quotes and getting exactly what you need. Been using them for about 3 years now. You guys rock always.

I need an update to my policy, the need was urgent. I called First Commercial at 8.15 am. I had the updated insurance certificate emailed back before 9am, the same day. That is an amazing response time. I wish I could rank them higher than 5 stars!
