First Class Insurance

I decided to take the time to write this review in all effort to save other customers from experiencing what I have thus far. Complete run arounds, unprofessionalism, and no care in the world. This agency is now going to cost me an additional surcharge because of lapse in insurance which could be a lump some of an additional fee of approximately $700-$800 due to their own delay and one excuse after the next. When you call, they avoid your call and often promise to call back and do not. They often let the phone ring avoiding the customers; they fail to respond for days at a time. They have been dishonest all along about deadlines and simply answering straight forward questions. Please do your research and be aware! Avoid this insurance at all costs. Very unprofessional. Called to get some information on my policy, was told I would receive a call back from someone named Sasha within an hour, two hours later still no call back. I decided to call back, someone named Tony picked up and left me on hold for 30 minutes before I was able to speak with that Sasha lady. Sasha was very rude, had a snarky attitude (apparently she doesn't know what snarky means so she should go back to school or at least open up a dictionary), and she never let me talk. She would always speak over me. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend to anyone this insurance at all.

First Class insurance has been my agency for almost 10 years,they are very nice , starting with Tony,Sasha , Sully ,Bertha ,they are very patient , highly recommend!!!
