CAUTION.. “First choice insurance” Owner/Agent “Andrew Woods” was my General liability insurance that i switched to 3 months ago… a month into the policy i decided it wasnt the one i wanted so i asked “Andrew” if there would be any penalties or fee’s for canceling.. he informed me he didnt see of any penalties or Fee for a cancelation. I was told he canceld my insurance and would have a refund processed . I waited weeks with nothing and he kept telling me it was canceld an being taken care of multiple times…. HE DID NOT cancel like he was supposed to so a month in we had to “supposedly cancel it again and back date it” i am now on 2 months waiting for a refund , he does not respond to most Emails and in one of the last emails he tried to tell me thats why i shouldnt have switched and made

Andrew did a great job of answering questions, even at random times of the day. I ask a lot of questions and he helped me with everything I asked. I was very satisfied with him being my insurance agent. He helped me get home insurance on my first house and helped me with my vehicle insurance. He is very personable and wouldn't recommend anyone else for your insurance needs.

Ive never known someone to be so knowledgeable about insurance as Andrew! He will tell you as it is to get you the coverage you need!
