We have been a loyal customers of Allstate for nearly ten years, and I’ve recommended their services to multiple families. However, my recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. We’ve had a claim open for over two years, and the lack of communication and constant issues with multiple adjusters have made this process incredibly frustrating. The local office, which I hoped would be helpful, has only contributed to the confusion and stress. Their motto claims, "You are in good hands," but I can assure you, we are not. The service has been terrible, with lowball offers and no follow-up calls, leading to significant emotional distress. My experience was honestly amazing. You guys were very helpful and very understanding of everything. You guys made the initial intake of our claim very easy and it was honestly above and beyond especially when there was an error and you guys resolved it in more than a timely manor. Avery was awesome and I'm not sure who the gentlemen was that answered the phone when we were having issues but he went above and beyond in helping us get this matter taken care of as quickly as possible. You guys made chaos calmness and really helped us out in a major way. They are way better compared to my last provider. I have saved so much money by switching to them. As a single father that is very important to me. I also got about 30,000 Dollars more coverage for a better rate which is very comforting.
