Valerie Miller is a great agent! First Baldwin Insurance Company has been our insurance broker since 2013, insuring cars, boats, motorcycles, home and an umbrella policy. Valerie has become more than an insurance agent, she has become a friend.

My homeowners insurance doubled because of a hurricane. Valerie went above and beyond to find a better policy! My house payment went up by $400!! She was not happy with that and researched different policies until she came up with a better alternative!! It took almost a year but due to her unrelenting efforts she found a solution that not only dropped my insurance premiums but also reduced my monthly house payment by over $300!!! I’m extremely grateful to her for this and trust her with my insurance needs!! She is absolutely amazing!!!
