So, I met agent James Barker. He designed us great policies for our home and autos. He spent pain staking time going through the endorsements,coverages, and peril details of each. He tried very hard to make our policies affordable while providing the protection we needed to feel comfortable. He answered all questions completely and honestly around cost versus risk and was completely transparent. Update. 9 /6/25 So I had to move to auto owners insurance company because allstate was to high on auto policy. Saved over 1k by moving.

This office was very professional and courteous, they made sure I had all coverage’s for both auto and home owners, got the safe driver discount and it actually works when you drive safe, I knocked off $194, on one payments. One word to describe this office is “AWESOME!”

Our local Allstate offices in Foley and Robertsdale AL, the Bill Bolton agency, has an outstanding staff! They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, & professional! They make you feel welcome when you enter their office. When I call to talk to Christie regarding our policy or with any questions, if she is unavailable assisting another customer, and my questions cannot be answered by other staff, she will return my call right away. Sabrina and Charlene also provide excellent customer service and are always willing to assist in any way possible. We have always received excellent, outstanding service from both offices.
