Contacted this insurance company looking for insurance . The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. This was the only good experience I had with this company. She connected me to Ray's extension and explained he would be back In the afternoon. I left a message. I waited another day to hear back, and decided to call back when I hadn't received a return call. Ray answered this time and in speaking I mentioned since I hadn't heard back I decided to try again. He then said "I did call back", slightly defensive but wasn't able to reach me (no missed calls or messages on my cell and he repeated the number back so I know it was correct). I didn’t realize I was underinsured until someone referred me to Raymond to look at my policies. He writes business, personal, health and much more. He’s great at what he does.

Extremely poor customer service, They will act friendly to your face to get your business, But then make very weird demands when you have them as a customer. I would highly recommend going with a different company don't waste your time with these buffoons.
