Jeff Pugmire has been awesome to work with. He was able to beat our home and auto insurance by quite a bit and found us the cheapest rates. If we ever have an issue that arises, I just email Jeff and he takes care of it. So easy and convenient, plus we are saving quite a bit of money each month. Great guy. I highly recommend.

We have saved a lot of money on auto and home insurance through FIG insurance group. Jeff pugmire is very good at handling any problems or issues. He also found us really good rates. I have other insurance companies call me and when they hear my rates they can't touch them.

I have had consistently poor experiences with this group. I don't receive calls back. My emails are not responded to. I was given incorrect information regarding coverage and costs. I have never experienced anything like this. It really does not appear as if they care about their customers. I will be switching agencies this week.

Don’t waste your time with this company they are horrible and don’t care about about their customers.
