After multiple attempts of calling her and the office and always getting voicemail I am done trying to chase her down. I sent an email 1 month before our business insurance expired to say we wanted to renew and no response and I'm getting a letter in the mail saying the offer is off and we are not insured as a business. Don't waste your time with these people. Go find someone more professional and cares about their clients because brandi hodnett clearly doesn't.
