This place use to be customer oriented, efficient and professional. The young lady who represents the brokerage, seems racist, incompetent, and unconventional. Insurance can be costly, and due to a mistake from the representative who works here, I was unable to retain my insurances, after 6 years from falcon. I recommend shopping for insurance independent.This place is no resource to the community it serves.

Went to open a new policy for my sister and I was going to get one for my two vehicles October 15, the he or she thing with long hair that was working on the right computer was very rude to my 1 year old baby that was being a baby walking but never broke anything so that behavior was uncalled for . Very unprofessional was always on it’s phone after seeing that I decided to keep my two cars with the company I’m with .
