Fidelis Care - Utica Community Office

Horrible insurance! Not one single dentist within 50 miles of my house! Costing me over $200 a month and I can't get care! So frustrating. I will never ever ever recommend this awful insurance company to anyone!

it’s March 2025 and i’ve been waiting for my Fidelis insurance ID card to come in the mail since January 2025. i can’t even get anyone on the phone, or through email. i am in desperate need to see a dentist/doctor and this is absolutely ridiculous.

It was nice because there was a big issue with my insurance and not only did the rep do what necessary to fix my issue but she also directed me on things to do in the meantime as well as after.

This company is a bit odd I don’t mean this to be disrespectful or shady but I mean this because I was supposed to get braces a few years back like I actually went through the braces process and I even had surgery to get a few teeth removed specifically for these braces I was waiting the longest just to get these braces which had my hopes up just for them to decline my request after having to go through that long process few years later I got scars on my cheeks and tongue because of the biting while I was asleep but they’ve ended up healing overall I feel like it was a waste of time and they had my hopes up for nothing
