AAA Utica

WORTLESS AGAIN....Last Summer, they could not put air in my tire just so i could get home.....they could not for the reason " the air pump was in their other truck" I had yo call a garage which cost me $$$ .Then yesterday water had pooled around my tires and frozen in my driveway making my 4WD truck unmovable and all AAA needed to do was to move it a couple of inches back or forward so it broke loose cause at 75 I couldnt get under it to chop the ice from it.... They refused saying to put dirt around the tires because it was a TRACTION issue - like I didnt know that!. All the tires would do is spin in place not moving so no place to even put the dirt / sand or rock salt like I tried. I had put up with the ever increasing yearly membership fees, but this tears it SAVE the "wecareteam

I called triple A for a tow they sent a little old man who when I asked the CAR COMPANY questions , he started screaming at me walking close to me yelling spitting face turning red . Not once did I yell at him I spoke softly and calm he told me I needed to tell him what tow company was coming ( it was a private company ) so I actually did not need to tell him he does not work for the shop that was holding my car he is an employee of TRIPLE A . He then told me to leave and get out I then said oh do your not letting me pay for my car and I have the money and the correct tow ? The actually workers who sat there and watched this man scream at me finally told him to calm down . Triple A is a joke it’s never ok to treat people that way . I honestly feel it’d because I was young alone and black .

AAA Utica has terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment today with a representative to plan an important trip. When I arrived to the appointment I was informed that the person with whom I made the appointment had called in sick. I informed the supervisor that it would have been common sense for someone to contact me prior to traveling to the appointment to let me know that it was canceled. The supervisor said that I didn’t have to “insult” her. No effort was made to reschedule my appointment or apology was offered. In addition, last month I contacted AAA Utica regarding passport renewal and left a message; no one returned my call. These are examples of terrible customer service.

Left my daughter stranded and would not tow her car because there was snow on the road .was in a clear spot . They should be ashamed of themselves to leave a child stranded. However they take my money with no problem. I sent my concern and the email address does not go through.

Waited 2 hours for someone to come change my tire just for the people to call me back and tell me no one was coming. Then proceeded to tell me they will leave my ticket open for when they open at 7 am when i told them i need to be to work at 7:30 and that’s why i called 2 hours ago and got told someone is coming immediately. Then the woman i talked to proceeded to close out my ticket so now i have to find a way to my job and call again in the morning. this is so unprofessional
