Fidelis Care - East Tremont Community Office

I need to speak to the welcome care team i left numerous messages for the welcome care team i need hours for my mom she is a amputee and needs fidelis to call and give her the required hours. The home care agency has been waiting the nurse told us to wait for 14 days but 14 days has passed after the home visit but i still did not receive a call. Yet i need a email or number for them directly.

They were able to help me get insurance in less than 10 minutes! The representative who helped me (Shiara) was great. I am employed but l can not afford to get my employer's insurance; the cost is too high. She even told me to tell others who need insurance to come in for help. I am very satisfied with them.

First time applying after i lost my job insurance. The representative Osvaldo Martinez was very polite, friendly and guide me thru all the process.

Fedelis insurance is the worst my Fedelis cordinator Megan Campbell in holly gable is purposely tryna let my homehealth aid authorization get expired so I can loose my homecare service knowing I need my homehealth aid services they keep liying saying they sent caring professionals my authorization but caring professionals keep saying they never received it it Ben dame near 20 something days I have not ate I got maddd urine in feces pied up in my diaper have not been giving my medication or anything due to this it’s hurting someone please help me

Completely happy with the service received from Osvaldo Martinez at the Fidelis Office. Vey attentive, friendly and explain to me the process before he direct me to a representative to apply. I quialified for Medicaid with my no income.
