I wish I could give this company a negative rating! I paid them 114.75 monthly in good faith for 20 years for a Term policy. At the end, I canceled in writing as requested, via certified mail, to prevent them from taking a "renewal" rate of 1040.40 out of my bank account! I got a confirmation letter from F & G that they received my cancellation letter. Then I called and was assured over the phone that the "renewal" rate would not come out of my account....BUT it DID! Now I have been fighting for days to get my money back to no avail. I have filed complaints with the Dept of Insurance in both NE and NC! I will not stop fighting until I get the money back that this company stole! I am elderly and disabled and I have been robbed by F & G, which should stand for Fraud & Greed!!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. A elderly, disabled family member who paid his premiums to this company for 20 years faithfully. F&G informed him a year before his term policy was set to end that he had to cancel in writing, which he did via certified mail. He then got a letter from F&G confirming they received his cancellation request, AND he called them after that to make sure they would not try to take the new ridiculous premium of 1040.40 out of his account! But even after ALL that to try to stop them from robbing him, they STILL took 1040.40 out of his account AND refused to put it back electronically! Very unprofessional, disorganized, terrible customer service. I asked for a refund during my free look period and they mailed the check to my house instead of back to my financial institution as requested. It got lost. It took them two months to resend the check and then they still mailed it Regular mail instead of UPS as protocol. Also, these annuities trick you end into thinking it’s a good deal, but they keep your money for so long and you can’t get it out with a huge penalty. Beware these are scams!

So unprofessional, didn't approve me base on my height and weight! My weight is 159 and 5"0. But other women is more weight like 160 or 170 or 180 something and height 4"11 to 5"0 but they got approve!!! 😡

Terrible experience my advisor Jose Ariza was not straightforward about my deposit and when I requested to get my money back he did everything but what I asked. I wouldn’t wish his service on a dead fly. Now I have to write a letter to request my money because he stop taking my calls which is the epitome of why I wouldn’t recommend his work but hey you can’t choose your advisor 😒
