Customer Reviews
Negligence on the part of the agent resulted in a 12k increase in premiums from prior years that they say is owed after the audit. That made my policy cost 4x what I was quoted and was a surprise bill that came out of nowhere. The agent seems too distracted to pay attention to client needs and concerns.
