Auto Defender

I don't even think they sell auto warranties. all they do is blow your phone up until you have to change your number. they call you multiple times within minutes and refuse to take you off of their call list when I said I'd file a complaint against them with the BBB and the FTC they laughed, said good luck and hung up proceeding to call over and over.

They have a process to onboard new agents, but they lack respect for their team. Although they claim to be based in Texas, there's no verifiable address. They are overly aggressive in getting you to sign up, but once you do, they become impossible to contact. I find them untrustworthy, aggressive, and unreliable. Avoid working with them to save your time and effort. For customers, they push you to sign up for a yearly policy but try to extract the maximum amount of money from it.

I was on a call with them several times and asked where they got my number and info from I would get hung up on than when I finally got a “supervisor” they said they can’t help me as they don’t know how they got my info and to ask the people calling me and when I told them I have several time they again hung up. The best part is I played into their game to see what they where trying to pull and I got a random phone call while on the phone with them and the other number told me to hang up that they are tracking these people and said it’s a scam and they are trying to steal me money. Now when the steve guy called me back and I told him about the phone call he got immediately defensive and started sending me texts one of which he sent was for a place call heroic services than it quickly got r

Do not use Auto Defender. They mask themselves as Auto Defender but their sales scammers are known as ROI Network. They lie through their teeth when it comes to almost every aspect of their business. They record your calls without telling you and they will tell you to "take your time" while getting your vehicle info because they "get paid by the hour" they do not. That's the script. They are straight commission and they are the most unethical group of hustlers I ever came across. They record your CC info and play it for other salespersons to hear which is many because their turnover rate is HUGE. There is zero longevity. I heard 7 conversations from different sales sharks that are no longer there where CC info was submitted and recorded unbeknownst to the victim. They do minimal screening

I had a great experience even though most companies that I have spoke with alike Auto Defender were twisting words and didnt explain to me so I could understand everything. Auto defender sales person and customer service have been very knowledgeable. I will do business again.
