We were with ference gray for over 10 years. During that time we experienced many problems like constant spelling errors on our insurance policy, receiving expired COI’s, no timely responses and reps constantly being unavailable; requesting COI’s took days, sometimes weeks. For 2 years straight they misspelled our business name despite raising us constantly raising concerns to management. When it came time for our renewal, we were hit with an over 50% percent increase. When trying to discuss it with the owner, Ed, it took weeks for us to even schedule a phone call. (After being customers for 10 years) it was like pulling teeth. Horrible customer service and all brokers are never available. I asked for a quote and they leave a message told me they have it but its now 2 weeks of me calling to try to get it. And the customer svc person cant give the quote over the phone cause she’s not a licensed broker - Good luck trying to get through to your broker. Horrible, horrible horrible horrible. Stay away from this place.
