Felix Maisonet: Allstate Insurance

The Allstate agency in Port Chester is excellent. The girls working there always try their best to help customers and provide great service.

My mom has been a customer for a long time from this agency and the service has been good up until a couple of months ago when my mom had an accident and they've told me to call allstate to handle the business. My mom said no she's not doing that and told them to call. I recently had a problem with someone rear ending me and got the police report and went there for THEM to help because I'm a CUSTOMER. I got everything and told them what happened that I was involved in an accident and that it wasn't my fault because they rear ended me and they came out with the same story that I had to call them and have everything figured it out. Not happy with the customer service there. Will come tomorrow and talk to the manager about the experience I had and want this resolved. I pay them for a reason..

I've been insured with this Establishment ment for over 25 yrs over time i have left ,returned, left,Returned only looking for rates conducive to financial needs . Its Good to know that the " Maisonette Agency" have always Employed Caring & Compassionate People, who try to find less financial Straining Policies for people to work with. They're an Very Welcoming & Compassionate Agency.

Worst insurance company ever!!!! they cause a problem then expect you to fix it ....Weeks of phone calls not being returned ! Then they have the nerve to send you an email to give them five stars and if you don’t agree then call them .So many incompetent people in one place ..Enter at own risk !!! Would give them NO stars if it was an option!

This place is the pits, the agent doesn't even contact you or email me , on potential ways to save more money or possible new products that could help save , however as far as allstate I highly recommend Pete Cuomo and his allstate insurance company
