I have been working with Felicia for several years now and have consistently had an amazing experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent, as well as patient, kind, and professional. She takes her time with her clients to understand their needs and makes sure they receive the best coverage for their situation. She is great at explaining complex systems and makes sure you are comfortable with the policies and rates. She is a gem and genuinely good person. I would highly recommend working with her.
