We have been with the Mateer Office for years! We primarily talk to Lauren when we have issues and we love the service! They are always quick to help and explain things. Insurance can be frustrating for home and car owners, but we appreciate our experience here and would not recommend anywhere else to our friends and family!

Brian and all the girls are all super friendly. They really do everything they can to help in anyway they can.

Been dealing with them for over a year now they are very polite I will give them that but they have a lot of glitches and their Billing System they don't call you and let you aware of them where your bill could be $200 lower than normal by mistake or $200 above you'll never know until you call them or actually get the bill or put a complaint in I would suggest going outside of Granite City for insurance at this time! Ps called today to transfer policy to another location and they gave me a hard time about the transfer. Beware of this office. Update 01-22-2025 just got new bill and is double again with new office and call them for info and some reason my billing is on monthly payments and there charging home policy twice but not vehicles. Lady looking into it because seems to be problematic
