Fee Insurance Group

Our company switched to Fee Insurance a few years ago for business liability insurance after years of having both local and national agencies provide our insurance. Not only did we save thousands but we also got the best customer service we've ever received! We have since switched our life and health insurance to them as well (saving even more money). I don't fully endorse many companies, but if you're a business owner, definitely give Fee Insurance a shot!

I’m extremely disappointed with this insurance company. I was the victim of a scam and expected support, guidance, and protection—but instead, I was met with delays, poor communication, and zero accountability. Despite providing all the necessary documentation, they failed to take my case seriously and offered no real help. This company advertises security, but when it matters most, they disappear. I trusted them to have my back, and they let me down completely. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for real protection. Be very careful—you’re on your own if something actually goes wrong. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

**Title: Absolutely Terrible Experience – A Complete Scam!** I can't believe I ever trusted this insurance company. From the very beginning, it was nothing but lies, hidden fees, and outright scams. They promised comprehensive coverage at an affordable rate, but when I needed them the most, they did everything in their power to keep my money. First, their customer service is a nightmare. Every time I called, I was put on hold for hours, only to be transferred to someone who had no idea what they were talking about. It felt like they were intentionally making the process as difficult as possible so I would just give up. They took over $3,000 dollars for the down payment not even a month into the policy they requested me to replace the electrical panel in the middle of winter obviously I w
