Farmers Insurance - Randy Ellis

Canceled my policy with Randy Ellis in Hutchinson KS , by phone, due to changing insurance companies. Told him to cancel the policy on a specific date. This did not happen and we were charged for services not rendered. This was for our Auto coverage. Also requested that our house coverage be canceled prior to our next billing date and that did not happen! They withdrew an automatic payment out of our account for the house coverage now we can't get a refund without disclosing our current insurer and we have been trying to get a hold of this so called agent for weeks!!!! We also had several issues with contacting him when we had questions on our policy and billing! I would highly suggest going to a different agent and more over a different insurance company all together! There are certainly

Randy takes care of it. Hail damaged SUV..the estimator came out and printed a check in his car. Barn blew over, they came out to look, I had the money in a couple days. Thanks Randy!

Had them for 10 plus years, first claim and they drop me, said I didn’t pay my membership fee. Didn’t cover my roof damage either, imagine that!

Terrible agent... lazy, unwilling to work, lack of effort. Be advised! Take your business some where else! (I wouldn’t even have put 1 star but it does not allow me to post without)
