Great company. They take care of their people and customers. I had a good time at the risk management academy of all things. It was important information for business owners. Everyone I interacted with was positive and happy.

Federated is amazing. If all businesses in this country could be this way we would be on the right path. EVERYONE who works there is so nice and welcoming. Their facility is ridiculously gorgeous. And most importantly, what the company as a whole stands for is awe inspiring. I’m grateful to have federated cover our business, but I’d be even more grateful if they did personal policies.

The Contractors Risk Seminar that I got the privilege to attend this year in 2024 was absolutely an amazing time. Not only did Federated do a wonderful job explaining all the topics throughout the 2.5 days at their office but they stayed and kept all of us who attended it engaged and welcomed all questions, comments, etc that any of us had. Each speaker was very personable and did a very well job at connecting with all of us through each topic. Federated had the entire thing planned out and very well structured “itinerary” which they did stick to, not much varied on it. Personally, I did not know who my marketing representative is in my area and one of their employees went out of his way to look it up and pass of the information to me before leaving. This seminar was a privilege to attend,

Horrible company. Their client hit my vehicle while it was parked and they offered me 50% of the quoted repair costs of my vehicle. The repairs were only 2.5k, not even that much for my 80k vehicle. I'm supposed to just have my vehicle not fully repaired or pay out of my pocket when I'm at zero percent fault? They claim to be pro-America yet they have no problem screwing me over, an American. Now I have to go through the trouble of suing for the full repair costs. Thank you so much federated, really making my holiday season great. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.

Federated was such an impressive place. I love the way everyone used words like…mission statement, process. Our business does the same the thing.
