I am convinced that this company doesn’t actually exist. I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been unable to get a single person to answer an email or voicemail in MONTHS. Every phone number takes you straight to voicemail. Currently, one employee’s outgoing voicemail message begins with “Merry Christmas.” If you’re working with FCS, you’re screwed for sure.

If I could give less than one star I would . This company does not know how to work effectively/efficient for the actual person whom is injured . I wish I could go back to my former adjuster but that is not up to me unfortunately.

Terrible company. Phone calls go to voicemail and never are returned. Emails are ignored.

The first caseworker I had at FCS was great I used to tell everybody that they were the best company for Worker’s Comp. Then all the sudden they changed my case worker now that I have this new caseworker I can say that this is the worst workers comp company in the world I can’t get my prescriptions authorized stuff my doctor says is A necessity never gets authorized. I would not wish this company upon my worst enemy. I did not asked to get hurt at work I just want the medications that I should receive without a fight or any other things I need for my disability that happened at work without a fight is bad enough I’m in this much pain and have had so many surgeries but now I have to sit here every month and wonder if I’m going to receive my medication or any other thing my doctor says I ne

After an unfortunate work-related accident, I have been forced to deal with FCS since 2008. They are unkind on the phone, very slow to respond to inquiries and act like every penny is coming out of their own pocket. If I could, I would never deal with this company again. They may be good to their premium payers, but they are not good to claimants. I hope other claimants have better experiences than I have had.
